Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between Adviser IQ Ltd ("Adviser IQ") and the customer firm ("Customer").

Subject to payment, Adviser IQ grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its internal business purposes for the duration of the subscription.

Fees are as agreed in the order form or as published at /pricing. Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance via GoCardless Direct Debit and are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.

The Customer must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.

Where Adviser IQ processes personal data on the Customer's behalf, the terms of the Data Processing Agreement apply.

Adviser IQ retains all intellectual property rights in the platform. The Customer retains rights in its own data.

Adviser IQ's total liability under this contract is capped at the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in this contract limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

The contract runs for an initial term of 12 months and renews annually unless cancelled with 30 days' notice. Adviser IQ may terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
