Identity data (name, firm), contact data (email, phone), technical data (IP address, device), usage data (pages visited, features used), and marketing preferences. Platform customers also share client and case data under a separate Data Processing Agreement.

We rely on contract (to provide the service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, analytics), consent (marketing), and legal obligation (statutory record-keeping).

We share personal data with sub-processors listed at /sub-processors, with regulators where legally required, and with professional advisers. We do not sell personal data.

We retain personal data for the period set out in our Data Retention Policy, typically for the duration of the customer relationship plus six years.

You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent. Submit requests via Subject Access Request.

Personal data is stored within the UK and EEA. Any transfers outside those regions are made under UK IDTA or EU SCCs with supplementary safeguards.
