Subject Access Request

Under UK GDPR Art. 15 you have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we hold personal data about you, a copy of that data, and supplementary information about how we process it.

Email privacy@adviseriq.co.uk with "Subject Access Request" in the subject line. Include identity verification (a scan of a government ID) and a description of the data you're seeking.

We respond within one calendar month. Where a request is complex we may extend by up to two further months and will notify you within the first month.

SARs are free of charge. We may charge a reasonable fee where requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.
