Our framework
Adviser IQ operates a UK GDPR compliance programme overseen by our DPO. It includes a Record of Processing Activities (ROPA), lawful-basis assessments, DPIAs for high-risk processing, sub-processor due diligence, and periodic training.
Data-subject rights
We support access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Requests handled within one calendar month. See Subject Access Request.
International transfers
Personal data is stored in the UK and EEA. Where transfers occur, we use UK IDTA, EU SCCs, or Adequacy Regulations.
