Prohibited use
- Unlawful processing of personal data
- Sending unsolicited marketing in breach of PECR
- Attempts to probe, scan, or test the platform's security without consent
- Reverse-engineering, copying, or creating derivative works of the platform
- Using the platform to store malware, pornography, or content that infringes third-party rights
- Using the platform as a means to evade FCA or other regulatory supervision
Enforcement
Adviser IQ may suspend or terminate access for breach of this policy without refund. Serious breaches may be reported to the relevant regulator.
