Scheduled maintenance
Scheduled maintenance occurs outside UK business hours and is announced at least 48 hours in advance via status.adviseriq.co.uk.
Service credits
- Below 99.9% monthly uptime — 10% credit of monthly fee
- Below 99.0% monthly uptime — 25% credit of monthly fee
- Below 95.0% monthly uptime — 50% credit of monthly fee
How to claim
Submit claims within 30 days of the reported incident. Credits are applied to the next invoice.
