Our commitment
Adviser IQ is committed to making the platform accessible to as many people as possible. We target WCAG 2.2 AA conformance across the CRM, portal, and public website.
Current status
As of April 2026, the platform is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Known gaps: some complex data tables lack full screen-reader labelling; some case-workspace interactions are keyboard-navigable but not fully ARIA-described. Remediation is tracked on our internal accessibility backlog.
Assistive technologies
The platform is tested with VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), NVDA (Windows), and TalkBack (Android). Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Edge are supported.
